#MunchieMondays

If you have read our story you know that the mom ends up with a bad case of the munchies. However, before the munchies kick in fully, she gets pretty productive and bakes an amazing dessert. This happens a lot in my house, where I will be super motivated to try out a new recipe. With anything I bake I always struggle with what to do with the leftovers. When I used to work in an office, I had the pleasure of bringing food for others. So if I wanted cookies or a donuts, I would bring them in and have just one. Now I do not know what to do with my leftovers, so I ensure I have company come over before I bake anything. Let’s face it the last thing I need is four pans of caramel or cinnamon rolls for a family of four. That is just one thing I have learned trying to avoid a serious case of the munchies, and the pitfalls of making bad munchie choices, I just give away the rest. I try what I want and send the rest away. That ensures I do not eat, let’s say a whole no bake cheesecake with lemon cookie crust, not that I would ever do that.
